The EVO VMC 1160 sets new standards in precision and rigidity. Equipped with a robust cast structure and carefully selected dynamic components, this 3-axis machining center with an automatic tool changer delivers exceptional performance and high accuracy for a wide range of demanding machining operations. It is designed for integration with various clamping devices, rotary tables, and probes, ensuring efficient production with consistent quality.

The EVO VMC 1160 machining center is made entirely of GG30 cast material, produced in-house. The cast components undergo a specialized heat treatment process to reduce stress, ensuring the highest precision and stability. All parts are precisely milled, and the mounting surfaces of the guides and cross slides are carefully ground to ensure smooth and long-lasting performance.
