EVO TT 90 Tube Notching Machine – Precision for Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium Tubes

The EVO TT 90 tube notching machine is the perfect solution for precise notching, coping and fitting of metal tubes and profiles made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium. Whether in railing construction, tube frame manufacturing, vehicle building or general metalworking – this machine ensures perfectly fitting tube joints and significantly simplifies weld preparation.

Thanks to the movable clamp, workpieces can be quickly clamped and released. The clamp can move sideways to the right and left as well as forward and backward (bearing-mounted system), offering maximum flexibility during processing. With the rotating clamp, notching at angles of up to 50° is possible.

The machine is equipped with suitable dovetail milling tools that can be easily adjusted via the processing drum to the respective tube or profile diameter. Notching and preparing tubes up to 4 inches in diameter for subsequent welding is also easily possible.

In addition to the term tube notching machine, it is also known as a tube kerbing machine, tube notch grinder or tube end milling machine.
