With a welded steel frame, SAE 1050 (CK45) certified forged steel rolls with high tensile strength, and hardened surfaces, the machine is built for continuous industrial operation. The hydraulic drop-end, motorised central roll, and hydraulic movement of the rear and lower rolls ensure fast and precise bending.
Equipped with a conical bending device, pre-bending function, top roll support system, planetary gearbox with two driven rolls, and a counter roll with ball bearings for thin sheet metal, it meets the highest productivity and quality standards.
The mobile control panel allows comfortable operation, while the main motor with brake system ensures maximum control. Two digital readouts provide accurate settings. CE certified according to EU safety regulations.
