Our hydraulic 2-roll plate bending machine is designed for fast, precise and economical sheet metal forming. It is ideal for bending steel, stainless steel and aluminium into cylindrical and conical shapes. With a robust welded steel frame and SAE 1050 certified high-tensile steel rolls, it is perfect for continuous industrial use in both series production and custom manufacturing.

Driven by a single chain- and belt-driven spur gearbox, both rolls move synchronously. The top roll is supported by a stabilising system, while the motorised rear roll adjustment provides flexibility for different material thicknesses. A mobile control panel and brake motor enable precise, repeatable bending – perfect for pipes, profiles and accurate sheet cylinders.

Equipped with a conical bending device, centralised lubrication system and manual drop-end, this CE-certified machine meets the highest safety and performance standards.
