The EVOO series represents a state-of-the-art, fully automatic line designed for PVC welding and edge cleaning. Engineered specifically for the post-welding cleaning of plastic profiles—and capable of welding all four edges simultaneously—this system maximizes efficiency while reducing operator workload. The EVOO line delivers exceptional performance in PVC welding and cleaning operations, ensuring uniform weld quality and a pristine finish on all profile surfaces while significantly reducing processing times and manual labor.

 

Key features include:

    Automated Handling: An integrated frame unloading unit and rapid profile transfer to the cleaning station via a robotic system ensure swift and continuous processing.
    Automatic Profile Rotation: The system’s automatic profile rotating mechanism optimizes cleaning and welding performance by enabling uniform processing around the entire profile.
    Precision Heat Control: An electronic thermostat allows heat adjustment between 0°C and 350°C, with digitally controlled heat delivery and adjustable welding times. This ensures a homogeneous distribution of heat across the weld bead through the quadruple welding unit.
    Comprehensive Cleaning: Equipped with 11 profile cleaning blades and two independent cleaning units, the EVOO thoroughly cleans the bottom, top, interior, and exterior surfaces of each profile.
