The servo-controlled 8-axis CNC profile machining and cutting center EVOAIIR has been developed for complete profile processing, enabling precise cutting, milling, drainage channel opening, punching, and marking operations. Additionally, customized special processing such as punching and channel openings on various profiles can be performed.

Thanks to its individually operating machining units, the EVOAIIR is designed for maximum efficiency and minimal processing time. It features a high-performance drivetrain with 13 air-cooled high-speed spindle motors, a dedicated slot opening motor, and a separate saw blade drive. This configuration allows for the simultaneous execution of up to 15 machining operations and unrestricted processing of all four profile orientations.

An automatic feeding system with a capacity for 10 profiles utilizes state-of-the-art batch processing technology to maximize productivity. The integrated 550 mm saw unit enables precise cuts at angles ranging from 30° to 150°, offering a wide range of cutting options for various applications.
